M23 177cm (5’8) 95kg (210lbs) 15-17% Bodyfat
Each of my legs are 26 inches in circumference and my waist is 36 inches in circumference, my hips measured across are 13cm across but my thighs measured across are 16cm across.
I used to be around 65kg (145lbs) 2 years ago, ive been powerlifting on/off (more off than on, 1-2 days a week if that) and focused abit on my legs, they have grown just a bit too big for my liking. I cut from 110kg (240lbs) to 95kg (210lbs) about 6 months ago, and they maybe only lost around 1inch in circumference, while the rest of my body lost considerably more, I think i look a bit off and i really don’t like the size, I have to buy bigger waisted trousers for my thighs and ass to fit in comfortably, bit of chafing, I’m just not a fan.
I haven’t trained my legs for about 6 months and they have still surprisingly stayed the same, my last 1RM on squat was 170kg (375lbs), i did do squats about 2 days ago and i worked up to a 150kg (330lbs) 1RM, I was hoping not training them i would lose size, but the only thing i lost was a bit of strength and a bit of definition.
Do i just have to simply diet harder and lose more weight?
