I ran on the treadmill today!

I know it sounds stupid but I’ve been committed to losing for about a month and was doing some light keto and stuff for about a months and a half before that. When I actually weighed myself to start I was 283 and I’m sure I started a bit higher than that. I always hated doing anything more than walking on the treadmill simply because it felt weird and I was scared I was going to break it (I know it sounds stupid but anxiety). Well today I weighed myself and saw I was at 267 yay! So I did my normal cardio 8 incline at work level 3 speed just enough for a normal paced walk. I decided to lower my incline for the last 10 mins and try jogging and I did it! It still felt weird but I didn’t feel like I was going to break it and omg it felt so good! Small and stupid thing I know but it made my night!
