30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 19

Hello losers,

Happy hump day, hope you're out there slaying the run way!

Weight by end of month (205 lbs, preferably trend weight): 207.2 this morning.

Stay within calorie range: Should be good today. 15/18 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: Got home too late to get a workout in yesterday. Went on a walk during lunch & will do HIIT tonight. 16/20 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: None today. 9/13 total.

Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I've been trying to say something nice about my body, aloud, in front of the mirror in the mornings. It's annoying AF but a good reminder to express love & gratitude to your body even when it's a work in progress.

Try a new recipe once a week: Creole chicken & white bean soup & creole seasoning mix, creole chicken & anduoille sausage over cauliflower rice so far. I'm going to try & sneak in a budget bytes recipe for dinner tonight & I've got a red beans & rice recipe in mind for next week's meal prep. 3/4 weeks.

Finish The Body Keeps the Score: Not today. This is such a tough book to sit down with.

Drawing prompt every day: We'll see before bed tonight. 6/19 days.

Do/say something to make SO smile: Packed his lunch & made a fancy coffee this morning. Also worth noting said lunch was mostly made by me (home made chili & hummus), so some days I'm down right house wifey.
