Hello lovely losers,
Happy Saturday. I hope your day has been full of success and maybe a nap.
Weight by end of month (205 lbs, preferably trend weight): 209.8 this morning.
Stay within calorie range: Haven't figured out dinner yet but I've got lots of calorie room. 7/8 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: HIIT today, too wet & slushy for a walk. 6/8 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Yarp. 5/13 total.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Got lots of stuff done today.
Try a new recipe once a week: Creole chicken & white bean soup & creole seasoning mix so far. I've got my eye on a Creole Chicken & Andouille sausage recipe. 2/4 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: Not today.
Drawing prompt every day: Perhaps before bed. 2/8 days.
Do/say something to make SO smile: Did up some chick peas from dry beans so we can make more hummus & keep some ready to go in the freezer.
