I am 18 years old turning 19 next month. I am 460 pounds. I am addicted to food. Everyday I wake get a shower and go to McDonald's to get a soda large dr.pepper and 2 sausage mcmuffins that is normally breakfast. Launch is normally a cup of milk with 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. For dinner I'm normally in school I go to night school to get a carrier in I.T. when I get home I eat whatever was left from dinner which is normally a meat with seasoning and a rice of some sort. If anyone can help please I have been wanting to change for years I'm scared of dieing young but I cant seem to get a good diet.
