Challenging myself to loose 60lbs!

Hi everyone! I have been trying to loose weight for what feels like FOREVER and I’ve been loosing and gaining the same 10lbs for around 3 years. As of today, the 20th of February 2020 I am going to commit to losing this weight otherwise it will never happen. I feel like if I record my progress on here then I will have to stick to it as I have people depending on me to see my progress! I will post my starting weight in the morning as it’s currently 12am and will give weight updates every week and document my journey. My main goal is to be 140lbs by April 20th, I’m around 178 right now at 5’6 and then loose more from there. I hope this reaches some people and you can support me on my journey!
