How can I lose weight from home? (Workouts)

Hello, I am a 19 yr old male, around 270 lbs 6’0. I’m not as big as it seems, I’ve met people who weight less than me and are bigger... anyways... I used to be a gym rat in high school. Worked out about 3-4 hours a day. Maybe even more. When I graduated I began to work, which took up most of my day leaving me exhausted and I never went to the gym. Fast forward two years, I gained over 100 lbs, and I hate my current body. The reason I’m looking for help is because my training was always swimming/weightlifting. Where I live there are no public indoor pools (its too cold to swim outside), and I can’t afford a gym at this time. (Saving up to go back to school) I am completely lost in terms of what workouts I can do at home... I know how to manage my calories, which I plan to start doing again. But my problem is working out at home... anyone know any good/cheap programs for at home training? Specifically calisthenics? I don’t mind dropping some money, but the cheaper the better. Sorry if I’m blunt... not my forte to talk about this...
