Just wanted to share in the good news!

Hi! I’m new to this sub reddit but I’ve been on my diet plan for a little over two weeks now, and I’ve lost 18 pounds In two weeks so far! I know most of that is water weight because I started out at 280, but I’m just happy I’m able to stick to this dieting and workout plan so far! I’ve been intermittent fasting from 8pm to 12:00pm every day those two weeks, and I’ve been counting calories every day that entire span. I’ve roughly been under about 800-900 calories a day, including exercise that I’m doing every day. I purchased a treadmill and have been doing the oculus quest workout apps every night! I’ve been eating lots of fish, grilled chicken, and turkey(subway because I never have time to cook), and tomatoes(A LOT OF THEM). I love tomatoes so they are a filling, yet low calorie snack and they help a lot. I know this is just a drop in the bucket and you others are literally killing it more than I can dream, but I’m proud of this and thought I’d share with all you redditors.

P.S. if anyone has any advice for when I plateau I’d greatly appreciate it:)
