Hi all

I'm 15, male , 5'9 and weigh 90kg

I'm in the last year of my current school. Throughout my time there I have been through some rough patches and have had horrible feelings towards myself. I never got diagnosed but I believe I was depressed for maybe 2 years due to my disgusting self image and constant bullying and other personal issues.

I decided that for the next school I go to in September, I want to be in better shape and have a better image, after listing everything wrong with me, I think my enormous weight is the root cause.

So I need some help :)

I would like to drop enough weight to be fit and in shape by September (when school starts) so I can avoid what happened at my current school

It would mean a lot if anyone could give me some advice such as meal ideas, at home workouts (I might be able to go to a gym soon) or even some motivation! I have attempted this before but never made it past the first few days.

Believe it or not but I tried to do this as new years resolution, but I realised that 2 months later I was still the exact same person which is why I am taking it seriously
