Question about losing another 25 pounds

So last winter i stepped on a scale and weighed 269 (5’11 M) i decided to quit soda right then and there and through the summer i got down to 239. Went through a short relationship and ended up at 250. Im back on the stationary bike and actually counting calories this time around and im sitting at 230 as of right now. Now my summer job involves me being outside for 12 plus hours a day throwing around kegs of beer and other heavy objects, am i setting myself up for failure by trying to stick with a 1500 calorie diet? (very easy for me in the off months of my summer/spring job) 205 is my goal weight as of right now.
