About 3 years ago, 1 (19f 5’2”) started to lose weight, a year and a half later, I had lost 30lbs (175 down to 145). My goal was originally 130, but I started college and my weight lost paused. I kept saying it was fine as long as I’m not gaining wait then I would start up again from where I left off. I maintained my weight for about a year but then slowly started to gain weight back about 8 months ago. I tried to maintain it by guesstimating calories and rounding up and down on meals. I went up to 150 and thought that was fine, that it wasn’t much. So I figured I should try a little harder but I didn’t really pay that much attention. Then I started feeling bigger, I had been avoiding the scale because I felt like I was gaining weight and didn’t want to acknowledge it, I weighed myself again the other day and was devastated. I was 160lbs. Half of my hard work had been erased, I spent a few days moaning about it but realized that I need to get back into my routine and not rely on just guessing how much, get back into calorie tracking on an app, and measuring my food. Today is day 1 again, I want to lose back all the weight I regained, and continue until I hit my original goal of 130lbs! Wish me luck!!
