I decided last week that an efficient way to add more exercise to my day would be to stop using the elevator at my job. I woke on the 4th floor of a 5 story building. Today was the first day that I did not use the elevator once!! It’s a small victory. But one I am celebrating. Going from our basement to my office on the 4th floor felt like it would kill me. I’m looking forward to building up my energy / muscle mass to where it’s not such a struggle. Baby steps & intentional decisions. I was at my heaviest at the end of 2019. 300lbs. I did a spiritual fast / reset in January where I lost 24lbs and in February I am doing whole30 to identify food triggers and work on rewiring my relationship with food!
It’s time for some changes.
