Started a couple months ago obese at 185 pounds, and I've finally hit the 155 mark! 5'4 (maybe 5'5?) youngster male so I still look super thicc but it's great to see the progress in the mirror and on the scale. Can't wait to hit 135 so I can finally hit the beach without looking like a tub of lard. Was such a relief when the BMI calculator went from Obese to Overweight :)
In terms of how I achieved it in a pretty short time frame, it was pretty much a combination of Keto and IF, which I upgraded last week to Keto and OMAD. Though you have to trudge through the keto flu and super low energy levels once you initially start the diet you'll eventually get used to it, and you feel much better than compared to when you ate multiple meals a day (at least in my perspective). I'm still adjusting to OMAD but I can already see the fat burning off, and it makes keeping everything lowcal super easy! I'll go super in depth in a progress post once I hit 135!
Also dieting at this point SOOOOO hard. One of my favorite fast food places released new dollar menu items RIGHT after I started hitting my diet seriously. Whatever though. I'm definitely gonna reward the shit outta myself once I hit my goal weight.
