I've spent the last few months dropping a bit less than 50 pounds, but truth be told, I did it very unhealthfully. I did CICO and intermittent fasting and it eventually developed into a severe eating disorder which I'm still trying to work out. That said, I''m still not happy with my weight. I'm not overweight, I'm around 175 at 6' 1" but to be honest I don't feel healthy. I want to get down to around 165 or 160, but in a healthy way overtime. I refuse to track what I eat or how much not for any reason of being lazy or pride, but I don't want to let myself become unhealthfully obsessive about it like I have in the past. Can someone point me in the right direction?
