I was 15 lbs from my goal weight and now I’m 20 away. This gain has been driving me crazy because I am trying to come out of this quarantine fitter than I ever have been!

My calorie goal on MFP is 1400, but I have been in this habit of eating back my exercise calories (and then some...), sometimes eating a total of 2000 a day ever since I’ve upped my running mileage.

So now I’ve decided to simply STOP LOGGING my exercise on MFP. I love the record of my activity to look back on, but it’s killing me having the 400-500 in the green at the end of the day!! Thankfully I have this little monthly calendar on my bedside table that I can use to copy down my activity so I still have a record.

Idk if anyone else struggles with eating back their exercise calories, and the desire to have an electronic record of their activity, but I suggest a little paper log of activity on a calendar to avoid the struggle!
