This is my first time posting on Reddit so forgive me for any errors or Reddit rules I am unaware of :)
I've been relying on CICO for several months now but struggle HARD with staying consistent. I workout about 5x a week but can't seem to stay consistent with my nutrition and therefore all of my workouts feel like they're for nothing. I've recently found myself struggling with binging tendencies when it comes to treats and think things like "well, I've already had one so...". I know the logical thing to do is enjoy a treat and get back on track, but I struggle to employ this in my reality. How can I become more consistent with my nutrition and stop feeling this way?
