To start this off, I'm 15 year old guy and the start of 2020 I made it my goal to try and lose some weight this year. It took me a few months to get started going to my school's fitness center, but I eventually got there, and I felt really proud of myself afterwards because I knew this was the start of something bigger. Unfortunately for me though my school closed doors the following week due to Covid-19, thus meaning that I couldn't go to the fitness center. I want to try and work on losing weight while still at home though, but I have two younger siblings to watch after though. So, what I'm asking is, what can I do to work on my goal, but still be able to watch my siblings?
