I have been diagnosed with gynecomastia and have been looking forward to to the operation but now i cant because of the coronavirus.
I want to lose weight as i really love running and cardio overall but i cant jog without my chest flapping around which is depressing honestly. I bought a compression shirt that fits but its not working, tried to put on an undershirt over the compression shirt and still didnt work for me. Also i cant buy anything right now as all the non essential shops are closed. Im looking for any solution right now honestly.
Is there something i can do it home?? Idk a homemade bra or something because i dont have anything to do now and want to exercise to lose weight before i do the gyno surgery.
