How much should i excercise, to lose a lot of weight?

I did a mix of 7, 15, 30 minute workouts sporadically to see what workouts would work best, 5-6 days a week. I’m aiming to lose 20 lbs a month for 6 months (i am 260 right now at 5’6”, but i look lighter than i weigh but i am strong).

Took a break, because my lower back and right muscles are kinda still sore, healing but i’m starting to regulate my workout routine starting tomorrow. I just started to workout 2 weeks ago.

I plan to do a combination of aerobics, hiit, and 30 min cardio all in a week for 30 min daily. Should i go do high intensity or medium intensity? i started with low intensity, but i want to go harder.

i am an endo-mesomorph, but mostly meso. tips?

EDIT: I’m thinking about just water fasting tbh.
