My weight gain journey started when I was 7 months pregnant. I began to retain excess water weight and I went from only gaining 15lbs to a whopping 55lbs by the time I gave birth. I've lost it all and have been working out now religiously since the first of the year. Before my new found workout regime I was eating cleaner and practicing intermittent fasting and cutting excess sugar.
I am left with the "mom pooch" and I can't seem to shake it and it seems to be skin and still some fat but nothing like before! I have accepted my stretch marks, of course I don't like them but I can deal with them. I haven't accepted this loose skin though and don't want to deal with

I would like some suggestions for none invasive skin tightening procedures that can be done.
