I’m giving weight loss one more time before I give it up for good. Been struggling with weight loss the past few months and feeling like I’m not getting anywhere. Any help you could give me would be great.
I’m doing IF and CICO as far as diet goes, trying to minimize carb intake to 60 grams daily (I love fruit so I have a hard time giving that up) and am looking for a workout plan that I could do everyday and that I can easily fit into my morning. I also run every other day so it would somehow be compatible to that.
Some stats that might help: 25, F, 5’6. CW is 168lbs and GW is 115, though I’ll be somewhat satisfied if I can get to 130. Have a somewhat masculine-looking body so anything that would help me tone up and give a more pronounced ass and thinner waist would be perfect. I realize there’s only so much I can do with my body type, but if there’s something I can do... I’ll try it!
