25, 158, 5’7. I’ve been dieting of/off for about 2 years. At my heaviest I was 188 and just jumped from to diet to diet looking for the easiest way to lose weight.
Things didn’t click until the first 5 months of 2019 where I went from 188 to 167 then my whole life torpedoed itself and I was back to 183 by mid November. But come the start of 2020 till now, I’ve been doing CICO and eating takeout for every single meal. It’s expensive but I don’t necessarily have access to a kitchen. Anywhere I do takeout, I make sure they have a nutrition menu and honestly it’s been working for me.
