I have always had a bad relationship with sweets. My parents locked our cupboards and really restricted what we could and couldn't have while me and my siblings were growing up. I tend to be an all or nothing type when it comes to sweets and am really struggling to cut it out, especially right now during the lockdown. I had to put my business (3 years in) on hold when my son's school shut down in March, and I don't know if it'll recover once school starts again. I know a lot of other people are in similar situations but stress (and there's a lot lately) doesn't help as I'm pretty much an emotional eater.

I went through a keto phase for the last half of 2019 with the gym being a (new and) regular thing for me. I tried eating really clean and started doing a vegan diet in the new year and quarantine basically just turned that to vegetarian. My gym's been shut down too so other than walks and bike rides with my child, I'm not really killing it in the fitness category. I just feel lost and angry with myself.

I know I can get back into the fitness routine, especially once the gym re-opens but I would love any advice on cutting out the sugar. I hate my relationship with it but I seem to lose all will power once the stress kicks in.
