Has this happened to anyone? I've gotten faster in running and running farther and have even been tracking my food, but somehow my belly still keeps on expanding and I keep on gaining weight. I don't know if I'm eating the wrong foods (high protein, low carbs, try to avoid dairy as much as I can) or if it's possible muscle growth. I have a long journey ahead. I'm 204 now, started at 210 and have been going at this for three weeks. I was at 200 last week, and now back up to 204, that's why I'm confused and frustrated.
Physically, looking into the mirror, I don't think I lost those 6-10 pounds at all, if anything it feels like I've gained more.
Not sure what motivated me to post, but I just really don't want to give up this time and I really move forward, so I wanted to post into the community.
