Hi everyone, 6’ 4 220lb M24 with a serious binge issue here. One of the main factors that I believe plays into my binge eating currently is accessibility. My current town has all the options, and I love the variety, ease of ordering, and way I feel after a binge (for a few minutes before the regret floods in)
BUT I will be moving in a few weeks to a small town with no fast food within 20 minutes. I’m hoping that drive will help me avoid ordering/picking up fast food. I know there are other additional things that play into this issue as well, but this is one that I can control right here right now.
How can I stock (in a budget friendly manner) my fridge, pantry, and cabinets to help avoid these binges. Thanks for helping myself (and my wallet) with any and all info you have.
TLDR: what does your binge avoidance fridge (etc.) consist of?
