Hello, I've always perused reddit but never made an account until today. I made an account because I'm tired of doing this alone.
I havent lost weight. I thought buying cute clothes in smaller sizes would motivate me. I thought setting goals of rewards would be motivation. I thought being bullied by my family as they constantly remind me of my size, would be good motivation. It's not. Its lonely. I was to lose weight so bad but I have a bad back from slipping a disk.
I'm a F22, weight of 340. I'd like to reach 220. Would someone out there like to help motivate me or offer some good advice on how or what I work out with my weight and my bad back. I have a gym membership but they've been restricted due to covid.
I'd like a friend for this. Thank you for you time :)
