So two years ago I was 287 lbs. One year ago I managed to get to 230ish over the summer, but I put on some weight over the holidays and was about 240 in January of this year. As of today I am 218 lbs - lower than I was in high school! But I still look exactly the same (other than desperately needing a haircut.) I've been working out a good amount and eating healthier than ever, but I still cant get rid of my gut.

While the gyms are closed, I've been trying to keep a solid and steady workout at home. I bike 20-25 miles a day on a local trail and do 15-20 minutes of abs every other day. I'm also active doing other things all day, mostly labor intensive, like baling hay and shoveling literal tons of gravel (I've been doing a lot of manual labor jobs for people around town.)

I actually went down a pants size again as well, so the progress is there, I'm just not actually seeing anything and it's crushing me. I hate having a Dad Bod. I feel so ugly compared to my friends.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
