After a long period of time i am finally working out again which i am happy with but i am a big guy at 190cm tall and a good amount of weight needing to be lost. With big movements, squats, legs closing etc. i am moving alot and i dont know how to say this without being akward but my male parts are also on a good size but here is the problem with it. I... am hurting it while putting my thights together for example during power squats ( legs closing ) or after a good while my junk just starts moving around.
I think anyone can understand when you are in the right flow having to stop each time to correct is annoying as hell when you need to keep your form in a HIIT workout
I have tried tight underwear, thight pants etc. but without succes.
I tried google for an answer but then you just end up with penis enlargement, performance or whatever BS type of workouts. Yeah. Penis workouts.
Does anyone know any way to keep it in check during quick and intense workouts?
