Yo wassup y’all, I took ur advice last time and I’m now down to 244 I just watched what I ate and I’m a lot lighter and I feel a lot better. Now I’m at a plateau where I eat maybe once or twice a day and for the meals I miss I have this vegan protein shakes that is 160 calories per serving also been logging that I eat close to 1000 calories give or take a little. I have not excersized at all and yes I do not mind exercising but I don’t know what work outs to do and where I should start. My main worry is getting to 200lbs as fast and as healthy as possible and from their I’ll decide to either loose more weight or just get straight into getting a six pack. Idk. Anyways lmk ur thoughts and suggestions and I’m down to do them.
Edit: oh I forgot to mention I also wanted to pick up some military training I can do at home since I know the boys in uniform are always fit and ready to go so if y’all know how I can progress into military workouts then lemme know.
