First Week Looking Good

To start I'm 24 6' and as of the morning 255 down from about 310 at January of last year, took a lil bit off of dieting to hold at about 250-ish to make sure I can hold that and now have my next goal in my sights. I wanna hit 220 by this time next year, Its a modest goal but it would also be what i believe would be as light as i can get with how my body holds muscle,fat and water.

My numbers are Weight:255, BF 31%, Muscle 29%, Bone Mass 3.2%:

I may post next week or in the next couple days if anything substantial happens.

Please feel free to post tips or encouragement or if you have questions for what has worked for me so far.
