I started at the highest weight of 220 and now many months later I am at 183. Lose it has helped considerably. I don't think anyone other than my parents can even tell the difference tho. I know, do it for yourself but It's like, obese is obese. I'm 5'3 f by the way. it's just kind of a letdown to work so hard for so long and lose so much (in my opinion) and still be fat. I'm still extremely motivated and walk a little further every day and eat 1300 calories a day but I overheard my older sister who is "just perfect'say, "she needs to walk". Bitch, I have been walking the dog three and a half miles a day. she was obviously clueless I have been losing weight because like I said, obese is obese. also by the way, I'm not the obese kind with big legs and a big butt and a regular stomach. I am regular legs and big stomach and big arms. I felt like that was important to clarify. So basically I have 35 more pounds to lose and I am confident I can do it before Christmas. As I probably already stated I am restricting calories and walking a lot. I am not willing to go into a gym, but other than that does anyone have any advice to drop the other half of weight?
