This is my third time losing weight. I would always get to 175 lbs and then bounce back up, but this time I finally kept pushing and moved passed that wall.
I will cut for another 10-15 pounds and then bulk up. I just started seriously working out weeks ago.
I definitely have a lot more work to do but so far here is my progress: Here is before and after photos:
I am here to answer any questions, both in the comments and/or in private and my dms are open if anyone needs help with losing weight or for really anything, because losing weight is a pain, combine it with depression and anxiety and it feels almost impossible but I promise you will make it. Even if it takes multiple tries, keep throwing shit against the wall and eventually something will stick.
