I thought once I hit my target weight it would already be the physique I wanted but now at 115, I still look big. Even those at my starting weight look better in comparison. At the start of my weight loss journey I exercised regularly watching fitness YouTubers like Vicky Justiz, Chloe Ting, Blogilates and Joanna Soh. I didn't track my food but with the lockdown happening I was able to remove snacking (fast food, pastries, choc bar) 90% I'd say from my diet. I started eating two meals a day within the 16:8 window. On weekdays is my kinda cheat day when I eat 3 regular meals.
Once I hit the 120lb mark, I was kinda tired from all of it being a little restrictive. I don't wanna exercise 5 days a week, I don't wanna be feeling guilty with my snacking. It's not a lifestyle I can keep. So I stopped exercising for over a week, still limiting my snacks though. I was able to go down to 115 but don't notice any difference with how I look.
Now only exercise when I feel like it (1-3x a week). I just want to still go a size down, no matter the weight as I know we really hold the weight differently. However I've been in this weight/size for over a month now. How should I go from here?
