I’ll keep this short:

I have a Peloton bike for cardio I use their strength training classes, sometimes I’ll do TRX, sometimes I’ll use FitOn

My goal is to lose another 12lbs I feel like I’ve plateaued mid-way through Quarantine I do know I have to make healthier food & portion choices I did lost 9lbs since quarantine started I was intermittent fasting (12hrs) 5x a week 30mins strength / 30mins cardio (spin)

I am 37yr old Female 5’5 Weighing 137.8lbs I am working from home, so besides exercising, I am sitting a lot during the day, unless I can make it out to do some yard work

How many days per week should I be working out? How many days cardio (how long)? How many days strength?
