Hump day. This is the longest week evah.
Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning. Hectic morning. I gotta stop having those.
Stay within calorie range (1500 weekdays, maintenance weekends): Ended near maintenance yesterday. Better than the binge I was avoiding. I'll aim for better today kids.
Exercise 5 days a week: Possible rest day today. 10/12 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Prolly not tonight. 2/2 weeks.
Self-care time (working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 2/11 days): Therapy. Thanks telemed.
Try a new recipe once a week: Baked donuts, enchilada casserole, bbq hummus & dressing(s). 4/5 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not today. 0/50 pages.
No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 10. Squeaking by.
Be present in my body & accept the sensory feedback: I'm a little over summer. It's hot and the air quality is meh. I am so tired kids. I blame the heat.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I'm grateful for excel. It makes my job easier even when we're fighting.
