Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning. Hectic morning. I gotta stop having those.
Stay within calorie range (1500 weekdays, maintenance weekends): Should be okay today!
Exercise 5 days a week: Lunch time walky walks. 12/14 days.
Self-care journaling (once a week, 60 minutes): Prolly not tonight. 2/2 weeks.
Self-care time (working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 4/14 days): TBD.
Try a new recipe once a week: Baked donuts, enchilada casserole, bbq hummus, more different enchilada casserole & dressing(s). 5/5 weeks.

No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 12. Squeaking by.
Be present in my body & accept the sensory feedback: Anxiety ahoy. Work raising my blood pressure over here.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I'm grateful for prairie dogs & birds of prey I get to see on my walks. Mother nature is pretty damn cool.
