Burning 1000 calories a day?

Burning 1,000 calories a day?

Hi everyone, so I’m new to losing weight. I was wondering what would happen if I burned 1,000 calories a day? I’m 22 years old, f/5”1. My SW: 147.8, CW: 144.8 and GW: 108. I go to the gym everyday, no soda, and eat out occasionally. I drink water everyday. Would burning 1,000 a day make a difference in the way I’m losing weight?
I know that rushing losing weight can be very bad In the end because you can gain it back. I’m not trying to speed through this process, I just wanting to know more effective ways to lose weight. I’m happy that I have lost 3 pounds and I celebrate that. I’m grateful for what I lose, but at the same time I’m wondering if I can do more so that I don’t gain it all back if that makes sense. Thank you
