Hey! Im losing fat, trying to. I do a combination of light diy weights at home (individUlor combined bottles of clothes washing liquid, about 3kg each) and occasional cardio + 1/2 meals a day
I do abs maybe 3 to 4 times week, usually pick 4 exercises and do 40sec worth of reps of each and thats one set. I usually do 3 sets. It is more of an end of workout kind of thing as I understand exercises tone abs. But food is what makes the difference.
Ive noticed I did lose fat went from 68kg to 66kg. But noticed fat has become more visible? Especially in stomach area and above hips. Just wondering, does it happen to you? Is this a step toward losing fat or am I doing smthg wrong? Should I drink more water,moisturize or....
Do you know if some foods cause this? Or some that may help have a more snatched body?
Because I am trying out 2 birds 1 stone by getting toned via weights workouts (i separate muscles for days, so chest and bicep and abs on mondays, quads and glutes on tues, back and tricep on weds with abs, hams on thurs, hiit and abs on fri, glutes on sat). And for fat loss I am eating less, better: more veggies. I dont do breakfast as I used to eat cereal or sandwich or just unecessary carbs. So my first meal is minimum at 1pm, and I have a small meal. Then really only 1 big meal for lunch/dinner
I do snack a bit but usually the fattiest food I eat is olive oil in food, avocado, and raaarely chocolate covered peanut
