So I'm the worst kind of obese. 500+ pounds and I smoke. I turn 35 next week and I'm not sure that I will make it.
The trouble is that in the past 6 months, I've finally gotten to the point in life where I can afford wherever I want to eat and since I'm quarantined and working from home (no I don't live in my mom's basement), I've had an excuse to order lots of delivery. It started with daily Burger King and pizzas and Jack in the Box.
That didn't last long, but I still order proper fast food once a week as well as a large pizza, side, and soda once a week. When I write it down it sounds like a lot. Then there's the Denny's style breakfast once a week.
I justify this by saying I eat good most of the time. I drink a ton of water, I only drink soda once a week, though juice is still a big thing in my life. My work week breakfasts are always healthy choice sandwiches and non fat greek yogurt and lunch is a sandwich without chips and dinner varies. Last night I had left over pot roast with veggies.
My base calories burned is around 3500/day so I've been trying to keep my intake around 3000.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for, but my doctor says limit carbs, etc, the internet is so full of information that I don't know where to start.
So where do I start?
Please be nice.
