Lately (26F) I’ve been in a tremendous slump battling financial issues, first year of marriage, family stuff and so on . I used to work out everyday and now for 2 years nothing.
Today I have decided enough is enough and got everything out of my system by eating all the junk food in my house so that from now on I can diet. Not the most ideal I know but I didn’t want to trash it all .
I feel much better knowing that it’s gone and I can eat clean again. Almost uplifting..
Anyways, I want to start off my day by going for a run. How can I stay motivated?
Please anything will help . Sometimes I’m hopeless. Thank you :)
