I want to lose weight by counting calories. My husband doesn’t need to lose weight. I don’t really like cooking so I was considering doing a program like nutrisystem or something where the food is already prepared so I can know exactly how many calories I’m consuming. However, if I don’t cook, then my husband will likely eat out and I’ll be tempted to eat out as well. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Is there a good meal plan service out there so I can make our meals ahead of time and give him bigger portions? I basically need something that will help me lose weight but also tastes good enough that he won’t feel like he’s also on a diet.
