I'm not sure if I am allowed to do this, and I am happy for this post to be taken down if I am now, but I have recently uploaded a YouTube video including a number of meals like oats, and a one-pan broth, but I also go through a low calorie recipe of how to make brownies and ice cream.
For reference, the ice cream has about 250 Cals for 1.2 litres and the brownies are about 350 calories for 200g. They are very simple to make, and if I have to be honest, for how low calorie they are, they are truly delicious
