What else can I do to get to my goal weight ( SW: 183, CW: 158, GW: 130)

I'm 19F, 5'9" I started my weight loss journey a while back. In February I was 183 lbs, fast forward to July where I weighed 173 lbs (unintentional weight loss, I just went out to eat less during quarantine).

Since the end of June/beginning of July I've been actively trying to get to 130 by eating better + decreasing my portion sizes. Through limiting calorie intake I went from 170 to 158 in a little over a month. I don't track my calories down to the last one to avoid unhealthy behavior patterns, but I do know I usually eat around 1200 calories, some days 1100 when I'm too full, but never more than 1300.

I'm getting really frustrated this week because I've been at 158 lbs for four days straight despite eating clean. Am I hitting a plateau (isn't it too early for that anyways) or am I overreacting? Also, what else can I do to get to 130 lbs faster (in a healthy way)?
