Long time lurker first time poster. You all are inspiring!

Last weigh in day (the 11th) I was at 194.00. I have a goal of 192 by this Friday. I'm doing CICO. Every Friday night I have a "cheat night" except this past weekend I couldn't have it until Saturday, so I've got one less day than I usually do. because I didn't have a huge deficit on Friday like I should have.

I need to have a 1750 deficit a day to meet my goal. I'll update each day here...gotta get it!

-Exercise - Run/Walk 3.25 mi. Mowed yard after that for 30min.
