Day 1: woke up at 5:00 am. CW 83.1kg

And did 51 minutes on the treadmill. Got my exercise for the day knocked over before breakfast.

Need to keep the momentum going. But I’m proud of myself.

I’ve started back at work after holidays, and it’s quite easy during school breaks to get daily exercise in, and eat healthy and regularly throughout the day.

It’s going to be much harder in the school term, to maintain exercise AND avoid the quick, easy option of the tuck shop.

I hope I can keep this momentum going, especially when I start hormones and steroids during my next fertility cycle.

I hate the feeling of having beautiful clothes in my wardrobe that I can’t wear. I hate feeling too ashamed to go out to nice restaurants.

And I hate not being able to eat what I like, and drink what I like.

It’s an inner battle to remember what I hate more.

Any tips for keeping focus on exercise every day?

I use an Apple Watch to track my movements, and an app to track my calories. But I find it difficult to find the time to prep lunches in particular, which results in me going to the tuck shop. Doesn’t help that I have some executive functioning and food-related sensory issues thanks to dyspraxia. Anyone with similar issues who has some advice or even a sympathetic ear would be very much appreciated.
