i’ve been doing WW for 6 months and i’ve lost 35lbs and it’s been going great, but i’m getting really tired of tracking everything and also limiting certain foods (ex. skim milk, avocados, and nuts are too high point to have). i’ve definitely built good habits over the last 6 months and learned a lot about food and nutrition. i still have another 40lbs to lose.
my question is, has anyone ever lost weight simply by just eating mindfully/watching what you’re eating, etc.? like making healthier choices and stuff? i guess it kind of sounds like i want an “easy way out” haha but this is a genuine question. i’m interested in taking a break from WW and just trying to have a go at making healthier choices like regular people do, but i’m not sure if that’s a mistake.
i’m really tired of following such a strict plan... any suggestions or personal stories would be greatly appreciated!
