Portion control tips?

Hi! I've recently started eating really healthy (or at least, exponentially healthier than I was before). I now drink two cups of a smoothie for breakfast (literally just skim milk, ice, strawberries, and bananas) and a bean salad for lunch and dinner. I really like what I'm eating and I haven't been super tempted to eat junk food but in worried that my portions are a little out of control. I'll eat a couple of bites of salad before/after lunch directly from the main bowl and I really try and pack as much salad into the bowls as I can. Any tips on resisting temptation/creating smaller portion sizes? Thanks so much! :)
