Hi, I've been dieting the last approximately 8 weeks. I don't know my weight or my cico because I don't have access to a scale and I don't make my own food, but I'm feeling pretty good so I'm guessing I'm around 125 right now. I'll post a picture. Around a week ago I started using the elliptical every day, not a lot but I'm up to 15 minutes a day, it says I'm burning 200 calories a day on it.

Since I started the machine my appetite has been through the roof. I'm only burning 200 calories so I feel it shouldn't have that big an effect on my diet overall. But I woke up starving and my body is insisting I ask you guys whether I'm not eating enough.

Yesterday I ate: 1 piece of lemon cake (about 1 inx1inx2in), 1 banana with a little butterscotch sauce, 4 pieces thin bacon, 1 orange, 1 small piece of cobbler-about 1/2 cup (these last 2 I wouldn't usually eat I broke)

Then for dinner I had a serving of peas and carrots, a serving of fries, and a couple fish sticks.

Looking for advice on if I should change what I'm eating (within broad limits, I have to choose from a buffet) or whether my body is right and I'm not eating enough. Thoughts?
