I finally made it! My first milestone!
Stats: 14f/SW:181/CW: 168.5/GW: 155 (for now)
I can't describe how good I've felt this past week. I found out that I had weighed 168 last week, (I weigh myself at my grandma's when I visit because the scale at my house is broken) and I was immediately filled with joy! I feel like I could run a full mile if I wanted to! (even though I most likely can't haha) I also feel so much better than I did at the beginning of the year.
I started over (again) in the middle of October when I realized I was eating way too much and immediately got back on track. I started tracking calories again, and exercising a bit more (2-3k steps most of the week, and 5k steps or more at least 1-2 times a week, I just walk/jog back and forth in my basement for a bit). I eat a lot of fruits and veggies when I can, and started to ignore junk food quite a bit. That's what mostly got me to where I am today.
Although, I think one big factor is my mindset. I have a pretty forgiving mindset, (aka i just say "oh well" when i go over my maintenance calories, and just continue on eating better throughout the week) which I think I'm pretty fortunate to have. Also, I have many distractions from food (drawing, school etc, etc) that keep me from going into the kitchen and binging on a whole bag of chocolate chips.
Overall, I'm excited to lose the next 10, 20, 30 and so on pounds! And much thanks to you all for keeping me motivated with your stories!!
(sorry if this seems like a full on ramble i literally have no idea on how to phrase my words half the time haha lol)
