A while back I was over 350 pounds, probably somewhere close to 370. I lost (without trying to) to below 350 and I thought why not try to go further. Today I weighed in at 333.4.

Today I also ate way too much. I ate 2 breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds, for 730ish calories, then an entire medium pizza, for1600 calories, and then 6 eggrolls for 1140 calories.

That's 3470 calories, which is way too much. I'm not going to try to "make up for it" tomorrow, I'm just going to resume my course. But I am bothered that I made this mistake. I didn't prepare for groceries and I "had to" go out and I chose the wrong things.

Fortunately I still hit my other goals of doing my work out and not drinking soda.
